Trent Dementia Services Development Centre is a dementia charity which was founded in 2004 in Leicester. We began life as a member of a UK network of Dementia Services Development Centres.
Our key areas of activity have been: dementia care training, regional conferences and dementia project work such as walking groups, online groups and the innovative and empowering Life with Dementia events, organised by people living with dementia.
We also developed and ran the AT Dementia website about assistive technology for 15 years, which has now been taken over by the Disabled Living Foundation’s AskSara website.
